Careys Manor Hotel & Senspa Brockenhurst, Brockenhurst

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful, providing some of the best treatments I've had, but I found some areas to be a bit worn and tired. The dining options were fantastic, especially the Cambium restaurant. While the garden room offered lovely views, a few aspects could use an upgrade.

Our stay was mostly enjoyable, with the spa being a major highlight and the exceptional quality of food at various restaurants really standing out. However, there were a few drawbacks, including some areas of the hotel that felt outdated and certain services that didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall, it was a lovely break, but a few improvements could elevate the experience even further.

Careys Manor offers a wonderful escape with exceptional customer service right from the moment you arrive. The Zen Garden Thai restaurant serves delectable dishes, with impressive attention to detail. The spa facilities are relaxing and well-appointed, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. One downside is that some may find the spa treatments require early booking, as they fill up quickly.

The service is excellent, with particularly helpful staff making for a pleasant experience. However, the additional charges for spa access were a bit unexpected, which detracted from the overall value for money.
